We just wanted to thank you for the excellent service.
We have just returned to South Africa after 9 years living in various countries overseas, and unfortunately we have never had a good experience sending flowers over the Internet - from having an arrangement just tossed over a garden wall in Malaysia, being delivered 2 weeks late in the UK and never reaching its destination in France - with the company concerned not even having the courtesy to let us know!
It was with some trepidation that we decided to try it again, and it was a very pleasant experience as well as a phone call from Cecile to say how lovely the flowers were.
We will definitely make use of Flowers.co.za again!
