My mother was very pleased with the flowers and that pleases me. I'll be honest, I'm glad that she actually recieved an arrangement that was similar to the one I've ordered.
I'm sorry, it's just that, a couple of months ago, I had a not so good experience with a different company, whereby I ordered a seasonal spray (for a funeral) and instead a bouquet in cellophane was delivered. Needless to say I was extremely dissappointed.
I know now that your company is very reliable (not that I've doubted you).
May I also take this opportunity to thank the lady that delivered the flowers to my mum. My mum said that she was lovely, friendly and ever so polite. Please do pass on my thanks to her.
I'm sure I'll be making use of your services again.
