Thank you for your efficiency and extra effort. I had erroneously given the incorrect house number as part of the address. Thank you for phoning ahead and making the effort to reach the recipient - making her 60th birthday truly special. I was delighted to receive a call from my Aunt, completely overwhelmed with her beautiful flowers and chocolates. In this instance - you closed a distance gap between an aunt/god-parent in South Africa and her niece in Germany!
